Quang Son Special School is a special school that helps to manage the day-to-day needs of disabled children.
Since 2004 we have been offering intensive education for 46 disabled children. According to the type of disability, this breaks down as follows: Children with hearing impairment: 17 Mentally disabled children -Trisomy: 13
- Intellectual impairment: 10 - Cerebral palsy: 6 Polio: 1
. The disabled children share a building with children in the nursery school Son Ca.
3 teachers, including two Sisters, run an educational programme.
Anyone is welcome to volunteer at the Quang Son Special School. We have no expertise or qualified professionals in fields such as Special Educator, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Social Worker, etc. These are urgently needed to provide quality services for disabled children.
The Quang Son Special School offers lodging and food for host specialists participating in training courses or supporting all phases of the programme. Please pass on this invitation to your friends and colleagues.
