V8 EVO FRONT SPOILER

This is a 2 piece system consisting of a blade and a lip spoiler. The lip spoiler is for everyday use and the blade is for "circuit use ONLY". . The EVO front spoiler is a limited series ONLY!

V8 EVO REAR SPOILER

This was also known as the DTM spoiler. This is now my third series of these, I have built a complete new mould for these spoilers with improved quality, and considering strength. Just like last time, I will only make a limited numbers of these!! The EVO rear spoiler was made originally for the V8 but will of course also fit Audi 100 and 200 cars as well as well as earlier cars with modifications to the trunk. On the latest series I have designed and made it so there is now a third position of adjustment on the fin (the part which slides up or down).

IMPORTANT!! Please note to mount this spoiler your trunk has to be modified (holes drilled) to fix the spoiler this is an irreversible modification...Please consider this carefully before buying this item!!

FRONT SUB-FRAME BUSHINGS (4 PIECES)

These are bushings for the sub-frame, which attaches to frame of the car. These bushings are only offered as a complete kit.

Made from polyurethane with a shore A hardness of 80.

These SUB-FRAME bushings are of made of Polyurethane, a far superior material then rubber and we make these in color black only for this moment. Different color is possible upon request and for extra cost, please ask more about this.

KNOCK SENSOR / KLOPFSENSOR

Note:
The knock sensor responds to spark knock caused by Pre-detonation of the Air/Fuel mixture. As the flame front moves out from the spark plug ignition point, pressure waves in the chamber crash into the piston or cylinder walls resulting in a sound known as a knock or ping. This is caused by using a fuel with a low octane rating, overheating, or over advanced timing. Sometimes it can be caused by hot carbon deposits on the piston or cylinder head that raise compression. A knock sensor, which serves to warn of engine knock or pinging due to a bad air/fuel mixture, can go bad. Signs that the knock sensor is bad are a sluggish engine, poor fuel economy and slow acceleration. Most of the time, the knock sensors don't fail entirely but go "soft" and create false signals.

OIL PRESSURE SWITCH

Do you have oil coming running out of the bottom of your car, loosing oil regularly, (becoming even dangerously low)?

These oil pressure switches have an ability to go defect after several years...if you still have your original oil switch, check it as soon as possible for any oil deposits around the switch. The switch is commonly covered with a white rubber boot, so that boot must be removed (easy to do) to inspect further. These oil pressure switches can empty a complete oil pan within 50-60 KM trip...FACT!! I had it happen on my S4 (C4).

Luckily I was able to stop the car in time before it caused real damage...

What has to be modified or done to fit these to the Audi 100 / 200?- REALLY NOTHING, this is meant as a plug and play kit, how you will have to change or update the following things on the car:

Any car having this installed must have minimum 16" wheels.
Wheels spacers might be needed due to the size of the caliper, example Audi 16" BBS wheels need 10mm spacer each side.
it is highly advised to get new brake hoses, using the standard or original size hoses is OK.
the disk brake shield (which covers the disk in the back might have to be modified, in some cases slightly bent.

These units also better know as the "bomb" are know to go bad about every 7-9 years of service. IF your brake light ( ! ) keeps going on when you first start the car or stays on for a longer period of time it about time to change the accumulator.

The problem we had in the past is to replace these cost an arm and a leg. NO MORE! I now offer the infamous brake accumulators for just about all older Audi models for a ridiculous low price.

Changing the brake accumulator on your car? has it been over 3 years since you last changed your Hydraulic fluid? Does the Hydraulic fluid look blacker then raw oil!! ? We are now offering this as well for all the older Audi cars. These are 1 Liter Bottles, same spec as the Audi original green fluid.

WARNING: Do not mix fluids type (synthetic with mineral oil).

If you are switching over to synthetic type and have mineral in now please make sure you do a complete flush of the system!!
